基于生涯发展理论的高校辅导员提升大学生就业能力的策略研究
Research on Strategies for University Counselors to Improve College Students’ Employability Based on Career Development Theory
摘要: 在就业市场竞争加剧与大学生职业发展需求多元化的背景下,提升大学生就业能力成为高校人才培养的重要目标。本文以生涯发展理论为核心支撑,聚焦高校辅导员的角色定位与实践路径,系统探究提升大学生就业能力的策略体系。通过分析生涯发展理论的核心内涵,结合当前大学生就业能力培养存在的问题,从生涯规划教育、职业探索指导、就业技能训练等维度提出针对性策略,旨在为高校辅导员有效开展就业指导工作提供理论与实践参考,助力大学生实现从校园到职场的平稳过渡,推动高校就业工作的科学化、专业化发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of intensified competition in the job market and the diversified career development needs of college students, improving their employability has become a crucial goal of talent cultivation in universities. This paper takes career development theory as the core support, focuses on the role positioning and practical paths of university counselors, and systematically explores a strategic system for enhancing college students’ employability. By analyzing the core connotation of career development theory and combining the existing problems in college students’ employability training, targeted strategies are proposed from dimensions such as career planning education, career exploration guidance, and employment skills training. The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical references for university counselors to effectively carry out employment guidance work, help college students achieve a smooth transition from campus to the workplace, and promote the scientific and professional development of university employment work.
