新媒体视域下技工教育平面设计专业工学一体化教学改革研究
Research on the Teaching Reform of Graphic Design in Technical Education Based on the Integration of Work and Learning from the Perspective of New Media
摘要: 在新媒体技术快速发展的时代背景下,技工教育中的平面设计专业教学面临着教学内容滞后、方法单一、实践脱节等问题,难以满足行业对复合型设计人才的需求。本研究以济宁市技师学院为例,通过实地调研与案例分析,系统梳理当前技工院校平面设计专业教学的现状与不足,探究新媒体技术对设计教育带来的结构性影响,并提出以“设计思维”为引领,结合中国传统造物智慧与地域文化特征,以工学一体化为导向、以新媒体技术为支撑的教学改革方案。改革涉及课程体系重构、教学方法创新、实践平台建设、师资能力提升及评价机制优化等多个方面,强调在坚持人文精神与审美教育的基础上,通过项目驱动、校企协同、工学交替、数字化工具深度融合等方式,增强学生的实践能力、创新思维、职业适应性与文化理解力。实证研究表明,实施工学一体化改革后,学生在创意设计、技术应用与综合素养等方面均有显著提升。本研究为技工教育平面设计专业的教学改革提供了理论依据与实践路径,对同类院校具有借鉴意义。
Abstract: Under the rapid advancement of new media technologies, graphic design education in technical and vocational institutions is confronted with challenges including outdated curricular content, monotonous pedagogical approaches, and a misalignment between theory and practice, thereby struggling to fulfill the industry’s demand for interdisciplinary design professionals. This study, taking Jining Technician College as a representative case, employs field research and case analysis to systematically examine the current state and deficiencies of graphic design instruction in technical colleges. It further investigates the structural transformations imposed by new media technologies on design education and proposes a pedagogical reform framework centered on “design thinking”. This framework integrates traditional Chinese craft wisdom and regional cultural characteristics, adopts a work-integrated learning orientation, and is underpinned by new media technological support. The reform encompasses multiple dimensions, including curriculum restructuring, pedagogical innovation, practical platform development, faculty competency enhancement, and evaluation mechanism optimization. While upholding humanistic values and aesthetic education, the reform emphasizes the enhancement of students’ practical capabilities, innovative thinking, professional adaptability, and cultural literacy through project-driven learning, industry-academia collaboration, work-study alternation, and the deep integration of digital tools. Empirical evidence indicates that the implementation of the work-integrated learning reform has led to significant improvements in students’ creative design abilities, technical application skills, and overall competencies. This research provides both theoretical underpinnings and practical pathways for the pedagogical reform of graphic design programs in technical and vocational education, offering referential value for comparable institutions.
