基于OBE理念的《管理学》课程改革与实践
Reform and Practice of the Management Course Based on the OBE Concept
摘要: OBE (成果导向教育)是一种以学习者为中心,以学习结果为导向的教育理念。本文旨在系统探讨该理念在高校《管理学》课程改革中的应用。首先,通过深入剖析当前高校《管理学》课程教学现状,识别《管理学》课程教学模式及其存在的问题。在此基础上,本文将以OBE理念为根本遵循,从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式与考核方式四个维度系统构建教学改革的实践路径。以期能有效提升《管理学》课程的教学质量与育人成效,为社会培养出理论基础扎实、实践能力突出、真正契合时代需求的高素质人才。
Abstract: Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is a learner-centered and outcome-oriented educational philosophy. This paper systematically explores the application of this concept in the reform of the Management course in higher education. First, by thoroughly analyzing the current teaching status of the Management course in universities, the existing teaching models and their problems are identified. On this basis, guided by the OBE concept, this paper constructs a practical path for teaching reform from four dimensions: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, and assessment methods. The aim is to effectively enhance the teaching quality and educational effectiveness of the Management course, thereby cultivating high-quality talents with a solid theoretical foundation, outstanding practical abilities, and the capacity to meet the demands of the times.
