基于产教融合的卓越工程人才本硕贯通培养实践进路
Practical Approach to the Integrated Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training of Outstanding Engineering Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
摘要: 卓越工程师是国家战略科技力量的重要组成部分,其培养改革正推动工程教育从“学科逻辑”向“工程逻辑”范式转换。产教融合与本硕贯通协同是破解工程教育与产业需求结构性矛盾的关键路径。在系统梳理国家政策演进与理论内涵的基础上,以辽宁科技大学为例,探讨了具有钢铁行业背景的地方高校如何依托传统优势学科,通过产教融合平台建设与本硕贯通机制创新的协同发力,构建具有行业辨识度的卓越工程人才培养体系。
Abstract: Outstanding engineers are an important part of the national strategic scientific and technological forces. Its training reform is promoting the transformation of engineering education from the “disciplinary logic” to the “engineering logic” paradigm. The integration of industry and education and the collaborative connection between undergraduate and postgraduate programs are the key paths to resolving the structural contradiction between engineering education and industrial demands. Based on a systematic review of the evolution of national policies and theoretical connotations, taking University of Science and Technology Liaoning as an example, this paper explores how local universities with a background in the steel industry can rely on their traditional advantageous disciplines, and through the collaborative efforts of the construction of industry-education integration platforms and the innovation of the mechanism for integrating undergraduate and postgraduate education, and build an outstanding engineering talent cultivation system with industry recognition.
