“教、学、评一体化”视角下小学全科师范生心理育人能力培养策略
Cultivating Psychological Education Competence in Primary Generalist Pre-Service Teachers: A Teaching-Learning-Assessment Integrated Approach

摘要: 心理育人是新时代基础教育落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,小学全科教师在学生心理健康支持中发挥着关键作用。当前小学全科师范生心理育人能力仍存在知识基础薄弱、实践能力不足、协同意识不强等问题。基于此,在梳理相关理论和分析培养现状基础上,构建小学全科师范生心理育人能力模型,并以“教、学、评一体化”理念为引领,设计培养模式与框架。“教、学、评一体化”视角下的培养模式能够有效回应当前小学全科师范生心理育人能力培养存在的问题,为未来师范院校人才培养方案优化提供了可行路径。
Abstract: Psychological education has become an important pathway for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in basic education in the new era, and primary generalist teachers play a key role in supporting students’ mental health. At present, the psychological education competence of primary generalist pre-service teachers still faces several challenges, including a weak knowledge foundation, insufficient practical skills, and a lack of collaborative awareness. Based on a review of relevant theories and an analysis of the current state of training, this study constructs a competency model for the psychological education of primary generalist pre-service teachers. Guided by the concept of the integration of teaching, learning, and assessment, it further designs a corresponding training model and framework. The training model from the perspective of teaching-learning-assessment integration can effectively address the existing problems in cultivating psychological education competence among primary generalist pre-service teachers and provide a feasible pathway for optimizing talent training programs in teacher education institutions in the future.
