摘要: 在新工科教育理念的引领下,本文构建了以生为本的跨学科课程体系,探讨了基于“跨学科 + 项目驱动”教学模式的数学建模拔尖创新人才培养策略。该模式通过导师制度以实际项目为导向,旨在激发学生的创新潜能,提升其实践与跨学科综合能力。研究指出,此教学模式不仅打破了传统学科界限,促进了知识的交叉融合,还增强了学生解决实际复杂问题的能力。该模式在培养具有创新精神、跨学科视野和卓越实践能力的数学建模人才方面成效显著,为新工科时代的高等教育改革提供了有益的参考与借鉴。
Abstract: Guided by the educational philosophy of the New Engineering discipline, this paper constructs a student-centered interdisciplinary curriculum system. This study examines strategies for cultivating top-tier innovative talent in mathematical modeling based on an “interdisciplinary + project-driven” instructional model. Through a mentorship system oriented toward real-world projects, the model aims to stimulate students’ innovative potential and enhance their practical skills and interdisciplinary integrative abilities. The research indicates that this instructional approach not only dissolves traditional disciplinary boundaries and promotes cross-disciplinary knowledge integration, but also strengthens students’ capacity to solve complex real-world problems. The model has proven effective in developing mathematical modeling talents who possess innovative mindsets, interdisciplinary perspectives, and outstanding practical competencies, offering valuable insights and references for higher education reform in the era of emerging engineering disciplines.
