Value Distribution in Algorithmic Society: Structural Mechanisms of Unequal Reproduction

摘要: 基于马克思主义政治经济学视角，算法社会中价值分配不平等的结构性机制呈现系统性特征。数字经济的深度发展重构了价值创造与分配的基本逻辑：用户数据生产和平台内容维护等新型数字劳动构成核心价值源泉，而算法技术通过隐形工时控制和劳动强度调节实现了剩余价值的数字化转型。研究表明，算法社会已形成以技术控制权为轴心的新型阶级结构，其不平等再生产机制体现为算法垄断、劳动异化、歧视固化与规则垄断的四维耦合。针对这一结构性困境，数字生态系统的治理创新应着力于技术与社会协同、劳动者赋能及生产资料民主化等关键维度，为数字时代的公平正义实现提供可行路径。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy, the structural mechanism of unequal value distribution in algorithmic society presents systematic characteristics. The deep development of the digital economy has reconstructed the basic logic of value creation and distribution: new digital labor, such as user data production and platform content maintenance, constitutes the core value source, while algorithm technology achieves the digital transformation of surplus value through invisible working hour control and labor intensity adjustment. Research has shown that the algorithmic society has formed a new class structure centered on technological control, and its unequal reproduction mechanism is reflected in the four-dimensional coupling of algorithmic monopoly, labor alienation, discrimination solidification, and rule monopoly. In response to this structural dilemma, governance innovation in the digital ecosystem should focus on key dimensions such as technological and social synergy, worker empowerment, and democratization of means of production, providing feasible paths for achieving fairness and justice in the digital age.
