即时零售何以行稳致远?——基于发展痛点的系统审视
How Can Instant Retail Achieve Sustained and Steady Growth?—A Systematic Examination Based on Development Pain Points
摘要: 即时零售作为新零售模式的重要分支,依托本地即时配送网络,实现了商品从线下门店到消费者手中的分钟级送达,成为零售业数字化转型的关键方向。文章通过梳理即时零售的发展历程与业态特征,分析其在供应链、运营模式、用户体验、行业监管、技术应用等维度的现存问题,并结合行业实践与市场趋势,提出针对性的优化路径。研究发现,即时零售在快速扩张中面临供应链协同不足、盈利模式单一、合规化程度有待提升、下沉市场拓展受阻、技术赋能落地不充分等挑战,而技术深度融合、业态创新融合、精细化运营与政策引导将成为其可持续发展的核心驱动力。
Abstract: Retail, as a significant branch of the new retail model, leverages local instant delivery networks to deliver goods from offline stores to consumers within minutes, establishing itself as a key direction in the digital transformation of the retail industry. This paper reviews the development history and characteristics of instant retail, analyzing existing challenges in areas such as supply chains, operational models, user experience, industry regulation, and technology application. Drawing on industry practices and market trends, it proposes targeted optimization pathways. The study finds that during its rapid expansion, instant retail faces challenges including insufficient supply chain coordination, a lack of profit model diversity, the need for enhanced regulatory compliance, obstacles in penetrating lower-tier markets, and inadequate implementation of technology-enabled solutions. Deep technological integration, business model innovation, refined operations, and policy guidance will serve as core drivers for its sustainable development.
