Research on the Government Role and Mechanism Innovation in the Implementation of Industry-Education Integration Policies in the E-Commerce Field

摘要: 本文通过梳理电子商务领域产教融合政策执行现状，明确政府在其中的统筹领航者、规则构建者、资源赋能者与生态营造者多元角色定位，剖析当前领域内存在的人才培养供需错位、校企合作融而不深、政策执行落地乏力、部门协同联动缺失等现实困境，从需求对接、利益联结、评价激励、动态调适四个维度，探索政府引导下电商产教融合政策执行的机制优化路径，为提升政策执行效能、推动电子商务领域产教深度融合提供实践参考。

Abstract: By sorting out the current situation of the implementation of industry-education integration policies in the e-commerce field, this paper clarifies the government’s multiple roles as the overall planner, rule builder, resource enabler, and ecosystem builder. It analyzes the practical dilemmas in the field, such as the mismatch between talent supply and demand, superficial school-enterprise cooperation, weak policy implementation, and lack of inter-departmental coordination. From the four dimensions of demand connection, interest linkage, evaluation and incentive, and dynamic adjustment, this paper explores the optimized paths for the implementation of e-commerce industry-education integration policies under government guidance, so as to provide practical references for improving policy implementation efficiency and promoting the deep integration of industry and education in the e-commerce field.
