Research on the Impact of E-Commerce Development on Employment Structure and the Corresponding Countermeasures

摘要: 优化就业结构、实现高质量充分就业对于推动经济社会稳定发展、缓解结构性就业矛盾具有重要意义。本文从优化行业就业结构、重塑职业就业结构、升级技能就业结构三个方面，分析电子商务发展对就业结构的正向赋能作用，并梳理了电商发展过程中就业领域面临的传统岗位挤压、就业两极分化、技能错配等负向冲击；最后从助力低技能劳动者转型、完善灵活就业保障体系、实现人才供需精准对接、构建协同治理体系四个方面提出优化策略，促使电子商务在推动产业升级的同时发挥更加稳定高效的就业效应，保障劳动力实现更高质量、更充分就业，以推动经济高质量发展与共同富裕目标的实现。

Abstract: Optimizing the employment structure and achieving high-quality, full employment are crucial for promoting stable economic and social development and alleviating structural employment contradictions. This paper analyzes the positive enabling role of e-commerce development in employment structure from three aspects: optimizing the industry employment structure, reshaping the occupational employment structure, and upgrading the skills employment structure. It also examines the negative impacts faced in the employment sector during e-commerce development, such as displacement of traditional jobs, polarization of employment, and skills mismatch. Finally, it proposes optimization strategies in four areas: facilitating the transition of low-skilled workers, improving the flexible employment security system, achieving precise matching of talent supply and demand, and establishing a collaborative governance system. These measures aim to enable e-commerce to generate more stable and efficient employment effects while driving industrial upgrading, thereby ensuring higher-quality and fuller employment for the workforce and advancing the goals of high-quality economic development and common prosperity.
