大数据技术驱动下电子商务生态系统的演进与重构——基于价值链视角的理论分析

摘要: 随着数字经济的纵深发展,大数据技术正深刻重塑电子商务的底层逻辑与运行范式。本文基于价值链理论,从战略演进、运营重构与价值创造三个维度,系统剖析大数据技术对电子商务生态系统的深层影响机制。结果表明,大数据技术驱动下电商价值链呈现三重变革:前端从流量获取向用户价值深耕转变,中端从经验决策向数据智能驱动转变,后端从被动响应向预测式供应链转变。在此基础上,本文构建了“需求洞察–精准匹配–价值共创”智能闭环模型,揭示大数据技术如何推动电商平台从交易撮合者向价值共创平台的角色跃迁。进一步分析表明,大数据技术的深度应用在提升运营效率的同时,也引发算法偏见、信息茧房、隐私边界等伦理挑战。本文为理解大数据时代电商生态系统的演进规律提供了理论框架,并为电商企业的数字化转型实践提供了战略启示。
Abstract: With the in-depth development of the digital economy, big data technologies are profoundly reshaping the underlying logic and operational paradigms of e-commerce. Based on value chain theory, this paper systematically analyzes the deep influence mechanisms of big data technologies on the e-commerce ecosystem from three dimensions: strategic evolution, operational restructuring, and value creation. The findings reveal that big data technologies drive triple transformations in the e-commerce value chain: the front end shifts from traffic acquisition to deep cultivation of user value, the middle end shifts from experience-based decision-making to data intelligence-driven operations, and the back-end shifts from passive response to predictive supply chains. On this basis, the paper constructs an intelligent closed-loop model of “demand insight, precise matching, and value co-creation”, revealing how big data technologies facilitate the role transition of e-commerce platforms from transaction intermediaries to value co-creation platforms. Further analysis indicates that while the deep application of big data technologies enhances operational efficiency, it also raises ethical challenges such as algorithmic bias, information cocoons, and privacy boundaries. This paper provides a theoretical framework for understanding the evolutionary patterns of the e-commerce ecosystem in the big data era and offers strategic insights for the digital transformation practices of e-commerce enterprises.
