生成式AI赋能电商运营:创新应用、现实困境与优化路径
Generative AI Empowers E-Commerce Operations: Innovative Applications, Real-World Dilemmas and Optimization Paths
摘要: 随着数字经济蓬勃兴起以及AI技术的迅猛更迭,生成式AI以其内容创作、智能化解析、应用场景匹配的能力为电商行业带来重塑经营方式、释放新动力源泉的有效手段。本文基于电商运营实际应用场景,总结归纳生成式AI对内容生产和消费、用户管理和互动、商品货源、促销活动等方面的创新应用方式,分析在电商领域具体应用中出现的内容重复严重、信息安全问题突出、运营模式匹配度低、缺乏相关技术人员等具体问题并给出相应的解决方案思路,以求能够切实可行地为电商企业利用生成式AI达到高质量、智能化及持续发展的电商运营提供借鉴意义,助力推进生成式人工智能应用于电商领域的融合与发展。本文研究得出结论,生成式AI为电子商务运营带来的助力并不是简单的堆砌技术,而是一场对于运营理念以及服务方式的全面革新,在此基础上,只有突破技术与行业的交融难题才能最大化地发挥出它应有的作用。
Abstract: With the rapid rise of the digital economy and the swift evolution of AI technology, generative AI has emerged as a powerful tool for reshaping e-commerce operations through its capabilities in content creation, intelligent analysis, and scenario matching. This paper examines real-world e-commerce applications to summarize innovative uses of generative AI in content production/consumption, user management/interaction, product sourcing, and promotional campaigns. It identifies specific challenges in practical implementations—including severe content duplication, prominent information security issues, low operational model compatibility, and a shortage of technical expertise—and proposes corresponding solutions. The study aims to provide actionable insights for e-commerce enterprises leveraging generative AI to achieve high-quality, intelligent, and sustainable operations, thereby advancing the integration and development of generative AI in the e-commerce sector. The research concludes that generative AI’s impact on e-commerce operations transcends mere technological accumulation, representing a comprehensive transformation of operational philosophies and service approaches. Only by overcoming the integration challenges between technology and industry can its full potential be realized.
