社区矫正人员社会支持与心理健康的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Social Support and Mental Health of Community Correctional Personnel—Taking Wenzhou as an Example

摘要: 目的：了解温州社区矫正人员的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法：用SCL-90症状自评量表和SSRS社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果：社区矫正人员的心理健康总分低于服刑人员P < 0.001；女性在强迫、躯体化、焦虑和抑郁因子得分上显著高于男性，P < 0.05；各因子得分与社会支持各维度均存在显著的负相关，P < 0.05。结论：虽然社区矫正人员的心理健康总分低于服刑人员，但社区矫正人员的心理健康状况不容乐观，并且与社会支持系统息息相关。政府机关应关注社区矫正人员的心理健康，提高他们的社会支持水平。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the mental health status and influencing factors of the community cor-rectional personnel in Wenzhou. Methods: The SCL-90 symptom checklist (self rating scale) and the SSRS social support rating scale were used to investigate. Results: Community Correction personnel general population mental health score is better than that of P < 0.01, prisoner; women in obsessive-compulsive, somatization, anxiety and depression scores were significantly higher than that of male, P < 0.05; the total score and the support of the social factors have significant negative correlation, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Although the total score of mental health of community corrections is lower than that of prisoner, the mental health status of community corrections is not optimistic, and is closely related to social support system. Government organs should pay attention to the psychological health of community correctional personnel and improve their social support level.
