摘要: 苦荞麦是传统的药食同源植物之一。本文综述了苦荞麦的80个化合物,主要包括黄酮类、有机酸类、甾体类、糖类、酚类等化学成分,其中一些成分在降血糖、降血压、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等方面显示了较好活性。本文对国内外有关苦荞麦的化学分成及药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为其进一步研究与开发利用提供参考。
Abstract: Buckwheat is one of the traditional herb plants. The 80 compounds of bitter buckwheat was reviewed in this paper, mainly including flavonoids, organic acids, steroids, sugars, phenols and other chemical components, some of the ingredients in fall blood sugar, blood pressure, antitumor, antioxidant and so on showed better activity. This paper reviews the research progress on chemical sharing and pharmacological effects of buckwheat in China and abroad, and provides a reference for its further research and development.
