核电厂极化运行期间稳压器喷淋阀频繁撞击机械挡块的原因分析及解决方案
Analysis and Solution of the Problem That Pressurizer Spray Valves Frequently Hit against the Mechanical Stopduring NPP Homogenization Operation
摘要: 本文对某核电厂在机组极化运行期间,大流量稀释一回路硼浓度时,喷淋阀频繁撞击机械挡块的问题及原因进行讨论。通过对稳压器压力控制方式和现有方案的分析评估,给出了两种改进型的极化运行方案。通过论证,两种改进型方案均可在不修改控制通道参数的情况下,保证一定的喷淋阀开度,有效解决极化运行中喷淋阀频繁撞击机械挡块的问题。
Abstract:
The problem that pressurizer spray valves frequently hit against the mechanical stop during ho-mogenization operation of nuclear power plant is discussed in this paper. Through the introduction to pressurizer pressure control function and the analysis of the current methods, two different improved solutions are evaluated. Both solutions are able to effectively solve the problem without modifying control channel parameters.
