橡子的降血糖功能研究

摘要: 为了研究橡子的降血糖功能,本试验以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,用链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠成为II型糖尿病后,用橡子粉溶液连续两周灌胃大鼠,每天记录摄食量和饮水量,每周两次测定大鼠体重和空腹血糖,于第二周末对大鼠进行糖耐量试验,用乙醚麻醉处死并解剖大鼠,观察其肾脏、胰脏、肝脏、心脏颜色和脂肪厚度等状态的特征并称重。结果显示,经橡子粉溶液灌胃后,糖尿病大鼠病症得到缓解,糖耐量有所改善,由糖尿病引起的脏器损伤减轻。由此说明橡子具有一定的降血糖功效,可以作为辅助治疗糖尿病的食品。
Abstract: In order to study the hypoglycemic effect of acorns, Wistar rats were induced by streptozotocin as type II diabetes models for research. During the two consecutive weeks of gavage with acorn powder solution, food and water intake were recorded every day, and body weight and fast blood glucose levels of rats were measured twice a week, and glucose tolerance test was conducted at the end of second week. Then all rats were killed by ethyl ether and dissected, and the kidney, pancreas, liver and heart were weighted, and the color of organs was observed as well as the state of fat thickness, and other characteristics were also collected. The results showed that after the gavage of acorn powder solution, the symptoms of diabetic rats were relieved, and the glucose tolerance was improved, and the organ damage caused by diabetes was reduced which showed that acorns have a certain hypoglycemic effect and can be used as an adjunct to treat diabetes.
