摘要:
弗•司各特•菲茨杰拉德生活在“爵士时代”，是20世纪20年代“迷惘的一代”的代表。他被视为美国历史上这一特殊时代的代言人。他的杰作《了不起的盖茨比》写于1925年，这部作品很好地描绘了“爵士时代”。小说运用了各种颜色，特别是绿色贯穿了整个小说。这部小说中的绿色有很多象征意义，从不同的角度反映了不同的涵义。
Abstract:
F. Scott Fitzgerald’s most famous masterpiece The Great Gatsby, written in 1925, is a good depiction of the “Jazz Age”. The novel applies various colors, especially green, which runs through the whole novel. The color of green in this novel implies a lot, reflecting different lights from different aspects.
