基于工作过程系统化《PLC技术及实训》的课堂教学改革

本文就高职院校的《PLC技术及实训》学科课堂教学为背景,在课堂教学改革理论实践应用中,结合工作过程系统化导向的课程体系建设,重视对学生职业能力的培养,希望以满足社会职业岗位及学生职业能力发展双重需求为目标,明确教学改革方向,设计教学实施方案,确保在教学情景与工作环境、教师与企业培训师、学生与企业员工等等方面实现学习生产实践无缝连接。
Abstract:
This paper takes the classroom teaching of “PLC Technology and Training” in higher vocational colleges as the background. In the practical application of classroom teaching reform theory, combined with the system-oriented curriculum system construction of work process, it attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ professional ability. To meet the dual needs of social professional positions and students’ professional ability development, the direction of teaching reform is defined, and the teaching implementation plan is designed to ensure that the teaching scenarios and working environment, teachers and corporate trainers, students and employees are seamless in learning production practices.
