摘要: 阮籍的“放达”思想深受儒、释、道三家的影响，是对他自己矛盾人生哲学思辨的结果；在精神实质上折射出其灵魂深处的失意情结，同时是其强烈生命意识的流露。阮籍的“放达”有广泛而深远的影响，由于时代和个人的原因又有其无法超越的局限性。

Abstract: Ruan Ji’s thought of “Open Mind” has been deeply influenced by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, which was a result of his philosophical speculation on his life. In essence, the spirit reflects the frustration deep in his soul, which is also the manifestation of his strong life consciousness. The influence of Ruan Ji’s thought is wide and profound, but due to the time and personal reasons, it has limitations that cannot be surpassed.
