碘化砷配合物的固相合成及其对HL-60白血病细胞的生物活性

摘要: 六次甲基四氨是一种有机配体,其分子中的四个氮原子对金属离子具有相当的键合能力,以六次甲基四氨和碘化砷为原料,用固–固反应合成六次甲基四氨碘化砷配合物;通过X-射线衍射、远红外、差热热重和核磁共振等分析方法对合成的配合物进行了表征,并测定了碘化砷、六次甲基四氨碘化砷两种配合物对HL-60白血病细胞的抑制率情况,并对其抗癌活性进行了评价。同时进一步证实了所合成的六次甲基四氨碘化砷配合物对HL-60白血病细胞具有生物活性。
Abstract: A complex of arsenic-amino acid was synthesized by the solid-solid reaction at room temperature. The composition of the complexes was determined through the element analysis. The power X-ray diffraction pattern of the complexes was measured. TG-DTA and far-infrared spectra of the com-plexes were measured in order to determine the possible coordination between the ligands and metal ions. Besides, the biologic tests of the complexes of arsenic were performed. The result showed that the biologic effect of the bioinorganic complexes to leukemia cell (HL-60) is detectable and very obvious.
