The Influence of Online Positive Psychological Intervention on College Students’ Subjective Well-Being

摘要: 本研究在积极心理的角度上,采用实验法探讨了在线积极心理干预对大学生主观幸福感的影响。结果发现:较短时间的积极心理学干预对大学生主观幸福感的影响不显著;而持续一周的长时积极心理干预能有效提高大学生的主观幸福感。
Abstract: Basing on positive psychological, we explore the influence of online positive psychological inter-vention on college students’ subjective well-being with the method of experiment. The results show that: 1) The effect of short-term positive psychology intervention on the subjective well-being of college students is not significant. 2) The long-term positive psychological intervention lasting for a week can effectively improve the subjective well-being of college students.
