Research on Logistics Cost Control of E-Commerce Enterprises under the Background of “Dazhi Yiyun”—Taking Jingdong Mall as an Example

摘要: “大智移云”自提出以来就给电商企业带来了新的机遇和挑战。物流成本是电商企业的命脉所在，控制物流成本是在市场中提高核心竞争力必不可少的措施。文章以京东商城为例，在大数据、智能化、移动互联网以及云计算的集成运用下，探究电商企业物流成本控制的策略与方法，为电商企业更好更快发展提供经验证据及建议。

Abstract: “Dazhi Shiyun” has brought new opportunities and challenges to e-commerce enterprises since it was proposed. Logistics cost is the lifeblood of e-commerce enterprises. Controlling logistics cost is an indispensable measure to improve core competitiveness in the market. Taking jingdong mall as an example, this paper explores the strategies and methods of logistics cost control for e-commerce enterprises under the integrated application of big data, intelligence, mobile Internet and cloud computing, providing empirical evidence and suggestions for better and faster development of e-commerce enterprises.
