基于物联网的山洪灾害监测预警系统运行维护管理平台的设计及应用
Design and Application of Operation, Maintenance and Management Platform for Mountain Flood Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on Web of Things
摘要:
近年来,江西省通过山洪灾害防治项目建设了大量的山洪灾害监测站点、监测预警平台及预警系统等,这些非工程措施在山洪灾害防御中发挥了显著的作用。但随着这些设施设备及平台进入运维期,运行维护管理问题日益凸显。本文在多年山洪灾害监测预警系统建设与实践经验基础上,提出基于物联网的山洪灾害监测预警系统运行维护管理平台设计方案,行成省、市、县各级水利防汛部门应用平台,从管理、运用方式上解决基层技术力量薄弱的问题,进一步推动我省山洪灾害防治“强监管、补短板”落地见效,为山洪灾害防御提供长期稳定的技术支撑。
Abstract:
In recent years, Jiangxi Province has built a large number of monitoring stations, monitoring and early warning platforms and early warning systems for mountain torrent disasters through the project of mountain torrent disaster prevention and control. These non-engineering measures have played a significant role in the prevention of mountain torrent disasters. However, as these facilities and platforms enter the operation and maintenance period, the problems of operation and maintenance management become increasingly prominent. On the basis of many years’ experience in the construction and practice of mountain flood disaster monitoring and early warning system, this paper puts forward a design scheme of operation and maintenance management platform of mountain flood disaster monitoring and early warning system based on Internet of Things, which can be used as an application platform for water conservancy and flood control departments at provincial, municipal and county levels to solve the problem of weak technical strength at the grass-roots level in terms of management and application methods. We will further promote the effective landing of the “strong supervision and remedy board” for the prevention and control of mountain torrents in our province, and provide long-term and stable technical support for the prevention and control of mountain torrents.
