轨道交通行业电子器件制造车间AGV智能调度系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of AGV Intelligent Scheduling System in Electronic Devices Manufacturing Workshop of Rail Transportation Industry
摘要:
随着自动化技术不断发展,智能物流系统成为智能车间的重要组成部分。物料搬运是生产过程中必不可少的活动,物流搬运的效率和质量直接影响生产效益和生产成本。本文针对电子器件制造车间,根据企业现实状况与工作流程,明确系统的功能,分析AGV调度需求,固化业务流程,设计调度软件,以实现可视化界面对整个系统进行监管,同时开发一套相应数据库,以便对系统参数、地图、货物等信息修改,并提供便捷的任务管理机制,便于管理人员提交任务请求。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of automation technology, intelligent logistics system has become an important part of the intelligent workshop. Material handling is an indispensable activity in the production process. The efficiency and quality of logistics handling directly affect production efficiency and production costs. This paper is aimed at the electronic equipment manufacturing work-shop, according to the actual situation and work flow of the enterprise, clarifying the functions of the system, analyzing the AGV scheduling requirements, solidifying the business process, designing the scheduling software, realizing the visual interface to supervise the whole system, and developing a corresponding database, in order to modify the system parameters, maps, goods and other information, and provide a convenient task management mechanism for managers to submit task requests.
