摘要: 本文对汽车事件数据记录仪(Event Data Recorder, EDR)发展进行回顾并介绍了国外EDR法规(49 CFR Part 563),对EDR数据检索方法进行概述同时介绍了EDR数据在交通事故调查与事故重建中的应用,最后利用EDR数据及视频对一起来自国家车辆事故深度调查体系(National Automobile Accident In-Depth Investigation System, NAIS)的真实交通事故案例进行了分析。结果表明,EDR数据与根据视频计算的车速具有高度一致性。
Abstract: The paper reviews the development of automobile Event Data Recorder (EDR) and introduces EDR laws and regulations abroad (49 CFR Part 563), meanwhile it outlines data retrieval methods and expounds EDR data’s application in traffic accident investigation and accident reconstruction. Fi-nally, it makes an in-depth study of a real traffic accident from National Automobile Accident In-Depth Investigation System (NAIS) based on EDR data and video. The result shows that the EDR data is highly consistent with the video recording information.
