摘要: 组织学生参加技能比赛，可以提高学生对专业的认知度，减小学生能力与企业要求间的差距，进一步促进中职学校教师教学能力的提高，推动中职教育教学改革，拓宽技能人才成长道路，深化校企合作体系，完善中职学校学生评价机制，进而构建适用于新形势下的现代中职教育体系框架。

Abstract: Organize students to participate in skills competition can improve the students’ professional awareness, reduce the gap between the students’ ability and enterprise requirements, to further promote the secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching ability, promote the secondary vocational education teaching reform, widen the skill talented person growth path, deepen the university-enterprise cooperation system, perfect the assessment mechanism of secondary vocational school students, and then build suitable for modern secondary vocational education system framework under the new situation.
