益生元菊粉的生理功能研究进展

摘要: 菊粉是研究最广泛的一种益生元,目前已知对肠道健康、糖脂代谢、肥胖、免疫系统等均有生理益处。本文综述了菊粉生理功能最新的研究进展,为今后进一步研究起到引导与借鉴作用。
Abstract: Inulin is one of the most widely studied prebiotics, which is known to have physiological benefits on intestinal health, glycolipid metabolism, obesity and immune system. In this paper, the recent progress of inulin physiological function was reviewed, which can be used as a guide and reference for future research.
