浅析“三微课堂”和分层教学在初中数学中的应用

摘要: 分层教学是在班级授课制的教学组织形式下所采取的个性化教学策略。如今,受到疫情的影响,学校复课后,班级内学生层次差距大、学习态度欠佳等成为了教学中的突出问题,为了解决这些问题,分层教学策略发挥了非常大的作用。本课题组将线上线下相结合并采用分层教学来最大程度发掘学生潜能。线上通过教学APP做到微预习、微练习、微反馈;线下对教学对象、教学目标等五方面分层,帮助各层次学生提升自己的学习能力,让每一层次的学生都得到最合适的教育。
Abstract: Hierarchical teaching is a personalized teaching strategy adopted under the teaching organization form of the class teaching system. Nowadays, affected by the epidemic, after the school resumes classes, large gaps in the level of students in the class and poor learning attitudes have become prominent problems in teaching. In order to solve these problems, the stratified teaching strategy has played a very important role. This research group combines online and offline and uses hierarchical teaching to maximize students’ potential. Online teaching APP can achieve micro preview, micro exercises, and micro feedback; offline stratification of teaching objects, teaching objectives, etc., to help students at all levels improve their learning abilities, so that students at each level are most suitable Education.
