摘要: 修学旅行是培养人才有效的教育方式。日本的修学旅行在世界范围内已经呈现出一种成熟的实践模式。因此本文从修学旅行发展的历程中展现其重要性，从日本修学旅行实施的具体过程中寻找其优秀的原因，从实际的案例中借鉴值得我国学习的方法论。通过挖掘日本修学旅行的具体实施过程，观察政策、学校、机构、社会各界支援分别对修学旅行的作用，以此找到我国研学旅行发展的道路。

Abstract: Educational tourism is an effective way of training talents. Japanese educational tourism has shown a mature mode of practice worldwide. Therefore, this article shows its importance from the development process of school tourism, finds the reasons for its excellence from the specific process of the implementation of educational tourism in Japan, and draws on the methodology worthy of our country to learn from actual cases. By digging through the specific implementation process of Japanese educational tourism, observing the effects of policies, schools, institutions, and social support on school tourism, the way for the development of educational travel in our country could be found.
