开放大学网络教学团队效能研究——以“政治学原理”课程团队为例
Research on the Effectiveness of Network Teaching Team in Open University—Taking the “Principles of Political Science” Course Team for Example
摘要:
网络教学团队是国家开放大学转型探索的关键环节。以“政治学原理”课程教学团队建设运行为例,从团队效能模型输入、互动、输出的因素进行分析,从教学成果、科研成果、学生满意度和成员认可度对团队效能进行评估。结果表明:网络教学团队运行中影响团队效能的主要因素是团队目标、制度建设、沟通机制和团队领导。团队目标是影响团队效能的首要因素;团队制度建设是关键;团队沟通是需要完善的机制;团队领导是团队效能提升的核心。
Abstract:
The network teaching team is a key link in the exploration of the transformation of the Open University of China. Taking the teaching team construction and operation of the course “Principles of Political Science” as an example, this paper analyzes the factors of input, interaction and output of the team effectiveness model, and evaluates the team effectiveness from the perspectives of teaching results, scientific research results, student satisfaction and member recognition. The results show that the main factors affecting team effectiveness in the operation of network teaching team are team objectives, system construction, communication mechanism and team leadership. Team goal is the primary factor that affects team effectiveness; team system construction is the key; team communication is a mechanism that needs to be improved; team leadership is the core of improving team effectiveness.
