基于熵值法的高校分省招生计划编制研究

Research on the Provincial Formulation of University Enrollment Plan Based on Entropy Method

摘要: 合理分配高校招生计划对提高高校生源质量具有十分重要的作用与影响。本文利用熵值法对某高校2017~2019年分省招生数据进行分析，计算出5个指标值的具体权重值：历年招生计划指标I₁ (0.959925)，招生最低分与控制线差值指标I₂ (0.036203)，调档线与控制线比值指标I₃ (0.000754)，志愿意向指标I₄ (0.003003)，实际招生情况指标I5 (0.000116)，并以此给出各省份具体招生计划数，将30个省份分为三大类型，分别给出分配计划调整意见。利用熵值法对招生计划进行分配，具有理论依据，更加客观，为招生部门提供指导意义更具有说服力。

Abstract: Reasonable allocation of college enrollment plan plays a very important role in improving the quality of college students. In this paper, the entropy method is used to analyze the provincial enrollment data of the University from 2017 to 2019. The weights of the five index values are calculated: enrollment plan over the years I₁ (0.959925), the difference between the minimum score of enrollment and the control line I₂ (0.036203), ratio of shift line to control line I₃ (0.000754), voluntary intention I₄ (0.003003), actual enrollment I₅ (0.000116). According to these five indicators and weights, we give specific enrollment plans for each province. In addition, we divide 30 provinces into three types and give suggestions on adjustment of allocation plans for each type.
