临床心理督导有效性的影响因素

摘要: 督导是由一个高资历的专业人员对下级或初级人员所提供的一种干预。临床心理督导作为心理咨询的守门人,其如何发挥有效性对于心理咨询的理论研究以及实践发展具有重要的意义,文中通过对文献梳理总结出影响临床心理督导有效性的三个层面因素:督导师因素、被督导者因素以及督导双方互动因素,并提出对于未来研究的展望,以期能推动我国临床心理督导与心理咨询的发展。
Abstract: Supervision is an intervention provided by a highly qualified professional to subordinate or junior staff. The effectiveness of clinical psychological supervision as a gatekeeper of psychological counseling is significant for theoretical research and practice development of psychological counseling. In this paper, we summarize three factors that affect the effectiveness of clinical psychological supervision through literature review: supervisor factor, supervisee factor, and interaction factor between supervisors, and propose the outlook for future research in order to promote the development of clinical psychological supervision and psychological counseling in China.
