基于统计学原理的中药饮片调剂剂量误差研究

Research on Dosage Error of Chinese Herbal Pieces Dispensing Based on Statistical Principle

摘要: 目的：文章旨在探索应用统计学方法分析医院中药房在中药饮片调剂剂量误差方面存在的问题及其影响因素。方法：从不同角度分别采取卡方检验、方差分析、t检验及Logistic回归模型进行统计分析。结果：剂量误差受剂数、性别、工龄等因素影响。对于分剂量均匀度，处方剂数过多和男性是危险因素，工龄是保护因素。结论：研究发现，通过各类统计学方法的综合运用，能够有效识别中药饮片调剂剂量误差方面存在的问题及其原因，以便为进一步改进调剂质量奠定基础。

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of statistical methods to analyze the problems and reasons of dosage error in Chinese herbal pieces dispensing in hospital pharmacy. Methods: Chi square test, analysis of variance, t test and logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis. Results: The dosage error was affected by the number of dosages, gender, length of service and other factors. For the uniformity of dosage distribution, too many prescriptions and men are the risk factors, while length of service is the protective factor. Conclusion: It is found that, through the comprehensive use of various statistical methods, we can effectively identify the problems and reasons of dosage errors in the dispensing of Chinese herbal pieces, so as to lay a foundation for further improving the dispensing quality.
