屏蔽泵振动激励源及异常振动分析
Analysis of Vibration Excitation Source and Abnormal Vibration of Canned Motor Pump
摘要: 针对某屏蔽泵在试验过程中出现的异常振动问题,分析了屏蔽泵振动的激励源及其振动特性。通过建立屏蔽泵转子系统仿真模型,研究了泵转子的固有频率和模态振型。同时,采用试验方法测试了电流震荡所诱发的屏蔽泵振动现象。研究结果为屏蔽泵转子动力学设计、泵变频运行提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Aiming at the abnormal vibration problem of a canned motor pump during the test, the excitation source and vibration characteristics of the canned motor pump were analyzed. The natural fre-quency and modal shape of the pump rotor are studied by establishing the simulation model of the canned motor pump rotor. At the same time, the vibration phenomenon of canned motor pump induced by current oscillation is tested. The research results provide a theoretical reference for rotor dynamics design and variable frequency operation of canned motor pump.
