高中生选考科目决策现状及其影响因素——基于湖北省四所高中的调查分析
Status Quo and Influential Factors of High School Students’ Selection of the Subjects for College Entrance Examination—Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Four High Schools in Hubei Province

基于新高考的背景,高一年级学生面临着关乎其学业生涯发展的选科决策,而目前的选科决策存在性别分化和盲目短视的问题,分析高中生科目选择过程中出现的新现象及影响因素,有助于为高中生的学业发展提供实践建议。对湖北省195名首批选考学生的问卷调查发现:选考科目存在性别差异,男生更倾向于选择物理科目,女生更倾向选择历史科目,影响高中生选择科目的首要因素是学科成绩和科目兴趣,其次是学生自身的理想和今后的就业需求。学科成绩不够好是高中生在选择科目时所面临的首要阻碍因素,此外,学生也害怕在科目决策时选择错误。整体而言,高中生在科目决策中有较高的自主决定权,同时也会在决策中兼顾来自父母和老师的意见。
Abstract:
Based on the background of the new college entrance examination, senior high school students are faced with the decision of subject selection which is related to their academic career development. However, the current subject selection decision has the problems of gender differentiation and blind myopia. The analysis of the new phenomena and influencing factors in the course selection process of senior high school students is helpful to provide practical suggestions for the academic development of senior high school students. According to the questionnaire survey of the first group of 195 students in Hubei Province, there are gender differences in the subjects selected. Boys are more inclined to choose physics subjects, while girls are more inclined to choose history subjects. The primary factors that affect the choice of subjects for senior high school students are subject scores and subject interest, followed by students’ own ideal and future employment demand. Low academic performance is the primary obstacle for high school students when choosing a subject, in addition to the fear of making the wrong choice when making subject decisions. On the whole, high school students have a high degree of autonomy in subject decision-making, and also take into account the opinions of parents and teachers in the decision-making.
