摘要: 目的:研究腕关节镜结合掌侧锁钉钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的治疗效果。方法:选取克拉玛依市中心医院2020年1月以后至2021年1月这段时间符合研究入组标准的病人,分别入组后行手术,其后依据评分评价治疗效果、疼痛程度、不良反应分析及腕关节功能。结果:实验组的病人的研究结果明显优于传统手术的治疗效果。结论:腕关节镜结合掌侧锁钉钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折是一种值得推广的治疗方式。
Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of wrist arthroscopy combined with volar locking nail plate in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius. Methods: patients who met the inclusion criteria of the study from January 2020 to January 2021 in Karamay central hospital were selected to evaluate the treatment effect analysis, pain degree, adverse reaction analysis and wrist function after operation. Results: The research results of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of traditional surgery. Conclusion: Wrist arthroscopy combined with volar locking nail plate is a worthy method for the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.
