全覆盖奖助体系对地方院校招生的影响——以内蒙古农业大学为例

The Impact of Full Coverage Grant System on Local College Enrollment—Taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an Example

摘要: 国家新研究生奖助体系的实施，促使各大高校的人才争夺更加激烈，为提高欠发达省份高校竞争力，提出了全覆盖奖助体系。本研究以内蒙古农业大学为例，对该体系对本校研究生招生的影响进行了调查研究。结果表明全覆盖奖学金为学生生活提供了有效保障；提高了本校及外校学生的招生人数；但该体系仍有奖助体系宣传不到位、学生了解较少等问题。

Abstract: The implementation of the new national postgraduate award system makes the competition for talents more intense. A full coverage award system is put forward in order to improve the competitiveness of universities in less developed provinces. This study investigated the influence of the system on the graduate enrollment of the university, taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example. The results showed that the full coverage scholarship provided an effective guarantee for students’ life; increasing the student enrollment from both own and other schools. However, there were still some problems in this system, such as insufficient publicity of the grant system and less understanding of students.
