摘要: 本文对湖南省2014年出台的20多项大学生创业扶持政策的实施情况进行了问卷统计和绩效分析，从五个方面分析了湖南省大学生返乡创业政策实施中存在的问题及其因，然后就如何实施大学生创业政策提出了对策和建议。
Abstract: This paper conducts questionnaire statistics and performance analysis on the implementation of more than 20 college students’ entrepreneurship support policies in Hunan Province in 2014. It analyzes the problems and causes of the implementation of college students’ returning home entrepreneurship policy in Hunan Province from five aspects, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to implement college students' entrepreneurship policy.
