基于DEMATEL方法的患者选择医疗机构的影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Patients’ Choice of Medical Institutions Based on DEMATEL Method

摘要: 患者选择医疗机构是一个决策的过程，患者需要考虑的因素来自各个方面。这个决策过程不仅仅受到一个因素的作用，是多种因素共同作用的复杂结果。本文从供方、需方和政府三个层面寻找影响因素，即患者自身、医疗机构以及政府指定的政策等方面，并且分析了影响患者选择医疗机构的因素。运用决策与实验室DEMATEL方法，可以对影响患者选择医疗机构的影响因素进行因果分析，然后根据逻辑关系进行排序，找出影响患者选择医疗机构的关键因素，为政府的医疗卫生体制改革提出一些有益的思路。

Abstract: Patients’ choice of medical institutions is a decision-making process, and the factors that patients need to consider come from all aspects. This decision-making process is not only affected by one factor, but also the complex result of the joint action of multiple factors. This paper looks for the influencing factors from the three levels of supplier, demander and government, that is, patients themselves, medical institutions and the policies designated by the government, and analyzes the factors affecting patients’ choice of medical institutions. Using the decision-making and laboratory DEMATEL method, we can make a causal analysis of the influencing factors affecting patients’ choice of medical institutions, and then sort them according to the logical relationship, find out the key factors affecting patients’ choice of medical institutions, and put forward some useful ideas for the government’s medical and health system reform.
