高校大学生党员发展与教育管理“3 + X”模式建设探析

摘要: 高校大学生党员发展和党员教育是高校人才培养的重要环节，是高校完成立德树人目标的必要途径，也是改进大学生思想政治教育工作的有效手段。本文旨在搭建“塔式”平台，将学生群体分为入党积极分子、预备党员和正式党员，从强基础、重实践、树榜样三方面，创新完善党员发展与教育管理的内容体系、组织体系和制度体系，构建大学生党员发展与教育“3 + X”模式，形成良好的高校党建育人氛围，以充分展现高校党建育人的价值。

Abstract: The development and education of college students’ Party members is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities. It is not only a necessary way for colleges and universities to achieve the goal of building morality and cultivating people, but also an effective means to improve college students’ ideological and political education. This paper aims to build a “tower” platform, divide the student group into Party activists, probationary Party members and formal Party members, innovate and improve the content system, organizational system and institutional system of Party member development and education management from three aspects of strengthening the foundation, emphasizing practice and setting an example, build a “3 + X” mode of student Party member development and education, and form a good atmosphere of Party construction and education in colleges and universities, so as to fully show the value of Party construction and education in colleges and universities.
