疫情常态化下医学院校学生心理健康状况与应对策略

Mental Health Status and Coping Strategies of Medical College Students under the Normalization of the Epidemic

摘要: 采用自编基本情况调查表与90项症状清单对疫情常态化情形下医学类院校大学生进行心理健康状况调查并对结果进行分析，提出应对策略。结果显示疫情常态化下医学类高校大学生心理健康状况中有六类因子均分显著低于全国青年心理健康状况常模，从总均分来看，存在中度及以上心理问题的学生占9.08%，从分类比较分析情况来看，除民族外，性别、年级、生源地、家庭经济状况、是否单亲、是否独生方面的总均分结果均有显著差异。基于此，学校与家庭联合改善学生心理健康问题。

Abstract: A self-compiled basic situation questionnaire and a 90-item symptom list were used to investigate the mental health status of college students in medical colleges under the normalization of the epidemic, and the results were analyzed, and coping strategies were proposed. The results show that under the normalization of the epidemic, the average scores of six factors in the mental health status of medical college students are significantly lower than the national norm for youth mental health. From the overall average score, students with moderate or above psychological problems account for 9.08%; from the classification and comparison analysis, except for ethnicity, there are significant differences in the overall average score results in terms of gender, grade, place of origin, family economic status, whether it is a single parent, and whether it is a single child. Based on this, schools and families jointly improve students’ mental health problems.
