摘要: 本文基于K近邻与因子分析法对所收集的热点问题进行分析,并且将我国国情的特点和现代社会环境特点相结合,构建了一种新的答复质量评价指标体系。新的答复质量评价指标体系是以群众为评价主体、相关政府部门提供的服务为评价客体、群众对政府相关部门提供答复质量的感知作为评价结果。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the collected hot issues based on the K-nearest neighbor and factor analysis method, and combines the characteristics of China’s national conditions with the characteristics of the modern social environment to construct a new response quality evaluation index system. The new response quality evaluation index system takes the masses as the subject of evaluation, the services provided by relevant government departments as the object of evaluation, and the masses’ perception of the quality of responses provided by relevant government departments as the evalu-ation results.
