新冠疫情下的成语新用法
New Usage of Idioms in the Context of COVID-19
摘要: 随着网络化的普及,网络语言的创造方式多样。在新冠肺炎背景下,官方报道、新闻媒体运用人们已经熟知的成语,通过“谐音”、“别解”和“谐音与别解相结合”三种方式,使成语产生了新意义与新用法,成语的新意义与新用法对疫情防控又起着宣传与推动作用。成语新意义的产生是语言自身特点与外在因素共同作用的结果。本文将从谐音成语、别解成语、谐音与别解相结合解释成语以及成语新解的动因这几部分来探讨成语新意义与新用法的产生这一语言现象。
Abstract: With the popularization of network, there are various ways to create network language. In the context of COVID-19, official reports and news media have used well-known idioms to generate new meanings and uses through three ways: “homophone”, “new interpretation” and “combina-tion of homophone and new interpretation”. The new meanings and uses of idioms have played a role in publicizing and promoting epidemic prevention and control. The new meaning of idioms is the result of language characteristics and external factors. This paper discusses the emergence of new meanings and usages of idioms from the perspectives of homophonic idioms, new interpretation idioms, the combination of homophonic idioms and new interpretation idioms, and the motivation of their new meaning.
