旅游城市区域经济发展——基于“资源诅咒”的视角

Regional Economic Development of Tourist Cities—From the Perspective of “Resource Curse”

摘要: 本文使用DEA和Malmquist指数模型对2011~2020年八大典型旅游城市的旅游发展效率以及旅游发展效率全要素生产率变化指数进行测算，并且通过回归模型来分析八个旅游城市10年间的旅游业的发展给当地的人力资本水平和制造业水平造成的影响。通过分析得出：2020年这些城市之间旅游发展的效率不均衡，且差异较大；旅游发展效率全要素生产率总体质量在下降，区域对旅游的深入推进，作用在发展效率上的效果不是很明显；发现旅游依赖度、对外开放水平会对制造业水平产生显著的负向影响关系。本文结合问题建议旅游城市在区域经济发展中更深入挖掘旅游资源潜力，加大科技和人才的投入，提高区域协作成效，促进旅游综合效率提升，加快旅游高质量发展进程。

Abstract: This paper uses DEA and Malmquist index models to measure the tourism development efficiency and the total factor productivity change index of the tourism development efficiency of the eight typical tourist cities from 2011 to 2020, and analyzes the impact of the tourism development of the eight tourist cities on the local human capital level and manufacturing level in the past 10 years through regression models. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the efficiency of tourism de-velopment among these cities in 2020 is not balanced, and the difference is large; The overall qual-ity of total factor productivity of tourism development efficiency is declining, and the effect of re-gional in-depth promotion on tourism development efficiency is not very obvious; It is found that the degree of tourism dependence and the level of opening up have a significant negative impact on the level of manufacturing industry. Based on the problems, this paper suggests that tourism cities should further tap the potential of tourism resources in the regional economic development, in-crease the input of science and technology and talents, improve the effectiveness of regional coop-eration, promote the comprehensive efficiency of tourism, and speed up the process of high-quality tourism development.
