“帮信罪”高发背景下高校预防机制的建立——基于重庆市合川区人民法院已有判决的分析

Establishment of Prevention Mechanism in Colleges and Universities under the Background of High Incidence of “Helping Trust Crime”—Based on the Analysis of Existing Judgments of Chongqing Hechuan District People’s Court

摘要: 随着网络信息技术的普及和发展，传统犯罪开始与网络相结合，从而衍生出大量为传统犯罪信息化服务的行为，如为开设赌场提供网络平台、技术支持，为诈骗犯罪提供支付、结算等。帮信罪近年来已经成为第三大发案罪名，在校大学生犯本罪的人数呈上升态势，高校如何有针对性地建立预防机制，从源头减少大学生的帮信犯罪数量，降低“帮信罪”带来的社会治理成本，显得十分重要。

Abstract: With the popularization and development of network information technology, traditional crime began to combine with the network, thereby deriving a large number of traditional crime information services, such as providing network platform and technical support for opening casinos, providing payment and settlement for fraud crimes, etc. In recent years, the crime of helping trust has become the third most common crime. The number of college students committing this crime is on the rise. It is very important to establish a targeted prevention mechanism to reduce the crime of helping trust among college students from the source and reduce the social governance cost caused by the crime of helping trust.
