道路治超非现场执法检测设施设计要点分析
Analysis of the Key Design of Off-Site Law Enforcement Inspection Points for Road Overload Control
摘要: 超限运输车辆危害了公路设施,影响了交通安全,治超非现场执法模式是治理公路超限运输的有效方法。非现场执法检测点选址与称重精度相关性较大,诸多检测点后期运行过程中存在称重精度超出允许误差的情况。本文在治超非现场执法流程及系统框架基础上,研究了非现场执法检测点选址原则,分析了降低称重误差的措施,为非现场执法检测点设计提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Overloaded transport vehicles not only endanger highway facilities, but also affect traffic safety. The off-site law enforcement mode of overload control is an effective method to control highway overload transportation. The location of off-site law enforcement inspection points has a great correlation with the weighing accuracy. Many inspection points have weighing accuracy exceeding the allowable error in the later operation process. Based on the off-site law enforcement process and system framework of overload control, this paper studies the layout principles of off-site law enforcement points, and analyzes the measures to reduce the weighing error, so as to provide reference for the design of off-site law enforcement points.
