Analysis of Cost Influencing Factors in Each Stage of Public Building Project

摘要: 在公共建筑建设市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下，加强项目的成本影响因素分析有助于提升公共建筑项目的经济效应。以东城区商务楼为例，从可研决策、设计、实施和竣工验收等阶段分析了公共建筑项目成本的影响因素，发现在项目立项、设计、招标、施工、组织项目验收等阶段实施有效管理，找出成本节约或上涨的原因，有助于合理控制工程成本。这对于企业寻找降低成本的方法有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition in the public construction market, strengthening the analysis of the influencing factors of the cost of the project is helpful to improve the economic effect of the public construction project. Taking Dongcheng District Commercial Building as an example, the influencing factors of the cost of public building projects are analyzed from the stages of feasibility study decision, design, implementation and completion acceptance. It is found that the effective management in the stages of project initiation, design, bidding, construction, project acceptance and so on can find out the cause of cost saving or rising, which is helpful to control the project cost reasonably. This paper has a certain reference significance for enterprises to find ways to reduce costs.
