体育锻炼对普通高校残障学生身心健康干预实证研究

摘要: 采用文献资料法、调查访问法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,通过陕西省高校残疾学生体育锻炼的基本现状发现:我省普通高校残疾人体育发展相对滞后,残疾学生对体育锻炼的价值、体育锻炼的态度,认识不太深刻,体育锻炼的健康意识相对较弱,运动形式、锻炼内容相对比较单一。通过对陕西省普通高校残疾人学生的运动干预研究,发现体育锻炼对普通高校残障学生社会交往、自尊与自信心以及学生情绪波动、心理平衡以及心理健康都有积极的影响。
Abstract: This article through the literature material law, investigation, interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other methods, based on the basic situation of disabled stu-dents in colleges and universities sports in Shanxi Province, found relatively lagged development of sports for the disabled in ordinary university of Shaanxi province, disabled students do not have a deep understanding on the value and attitude of physical exercise, and their sports health con-sciousness is relatively weak. The form of exercise and exercise content are relatively single. Through the exercise intervention research on disabled students in Shaanxi province, it is found that physical exercise has a positive impact on disabled students’ social communication, self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as their emotional fluctuations, psychological balance and mental health.
