家庭经济困难大学生就业能力的调查结果以及现状分析——以K大学为例

The Survey Results and Current Situation Analysis of the Employability of College Students with Economic Difficulties—Taking K University as an Example

摘要: 随着我国经济建设的全面推进和市场经济体制的不断完善，我国经济快速发展，但也出现了结构不平衡等问题，以致出现经济高增长与就业增长脱节的矛盾，近年来，大学生就业形势日益严峻，高校毕业生人数剧增，家庭经济困难大学生的就业形势更加严峻。本文采用问卷调查的方法，分析影响家庭经济困难大学生就业能力的因素，针对就业难的现状，提出提高大学生就业能力对策建议。

Abstract: With the comprehensive advancement of our country’s economic construction and the continuous improvement of the market economy system, China’s economic develops rapidly, but there have been problems such as unbalanced structure, resulting in a contradiction between economic growth and employment growth, in recent years, the situation of university students’ employment is becoming increasingly rigorous, the number of college graduates is soaring, family economic difficulties college students’ employment situation is more serious. This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey, analyzes the factors affecting the employment ability of college students with family economic difficulties, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment ability of college students in view of the current situation of employment difficulties.
