铜仁市高校体育专业学生就业意向与特征分析

Analysis of Employment Intention and Characteristics of Students Majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in Tongren City

摘要: 体育院校大学生就业意向的调查是高校对体育专业学生就业指导工作的基础，通过对铜仁市高校体育专业大学生就业意向特点的分析，找出其中影响体育专业学生就业的问题。本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法，对铜仁市高校体育专业学生的就业意向进行了调查，并对其调查结果进行分析。结果表明：从就业意向的调查结果来看，铜仁市高校体育专业学生的就业岗位集中于体育教师；有68.64%的学生仅限通过网络媒体获取就业信息；57.63%的学生选择就业地域离户籍较近的地方，很难打破传统观念，不能清楚地定位自己；铜仁市高校体育专业的学生意识到了学校就业指导对他们未来就业有着极大的帮助。以铜仁市高校体育专业的学生作为研究对象，找出了其中现实所存在的问题，是有利于促进开展体育专业学生就业指导工作的基础。更重要的是，让学生认识到自己的问题，为体育专业学生面临的就业选择问题上提供一个理论参考依据，并以此为契机，对其他体育院校学生的就业起到一定的现实指导作用。

Abstract: The survey of the employment intention of college students in physical education colleges is the basis of the employment guidance work of college students majoring in physical education. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the employment intention of college students majoring in physical education in Tongren City, find out the problems that affect the employment of students majoring in physical education. This thesis investigates the employment intention of students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Tongren City by means of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, and analyzes the results of the investigation. The results show that: From the survey results of employment intentions, the employment positions of students majoring in physical education in Tongren City are concentrated in physical education teachers; 68.64% of students only obtain employment information through network media; 57.63% of the students chose the place near their household registration, nearby, it is difficult to break the traditional concept and cannot clearly position themselves; students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Tongren City realize that the school’s employment guidance is of great help to their future employment. Taking the students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Tongren City as the research object, the problems that exist in reality are found out, which is the basis for promoting the employment guidance of students majoring in physical education. More importantly, let students realize their own problems, provide a theoretical reference for the employment choices faced by students majoring in physical education, and use this as an opportunity to play a certain role in guiding the employment of students in other sports colleges.
